From my very first visit, the experience has been wonderful. Dr. Ng was incredibly attentive, took the time to really listen to my concerns, and worked with me to find solutions that fit my changing vision needs. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and that alone meant so much.
The entire staff is just as wonderful. Every interaction I've had with the front desk, whether in person or over the phone, has been met with kindness, patience, and genuine helpfulness. They take the time to answer questions and make you feel like a person, not just another appointment on the schedule.
It's so refreshing to find a practice that combines excellent care with such a personal touch. I can't recommend them highly enough, and my only regret is not making the switch sooner!
